How do I book a trip with Backpackers India?

Send an enquiry from any trip page, call or WhatsApp us. Our team confirms availability, room sharing and the final price for your group before you pay anything.

Are the prices on the website final?

They are starting prices per person on the sharing basis mentioned on each trip. The final quote depends on your travel month, room type and group size, and we confirm it in writing.

Can I join a group trip if I am travelling solo?

Yes. Many travellers join our group trips on their own. We pair solo travellers of the same gender for twin or triple sharing, or quote a private room supplement.

Do international packages include flights?

International starting prices are land packages: hotels, transfers and listed sightseeing. Flights and visas are quoted separately so you can choose your departure city and dates.

Can I pay in instalments?

EMI and part-payment options can be discussed with our team for your selected booking.

Do you plan corporate offsites and private groups?

Yes. Share your headcount, preferred region and dates on the Corporate Offsites page and we will propose a programme with venue, activities and travel.
