Cancellation & Refunds

30 days or more before departure — 90% of the amount paid is refunded.

20 to 29 days before departure — 70% of the amount paid is refunded.

10 to 19 days before departure — 50% of the amount paid is refunded.

Less than 10 days before departure — no refund; a reschedule may be offered subject to availability.

You may move to another departure of the same trip once, free of charge, if requested at least 20 days before departure and seats are available. Later requests are treated as a cancellation followed by a fresh booking.

Flight tickets, visa fees, permits, insurance premiums and any pre-purchased tickets are refunded only to the extent the respective provider refunds them.

If we cancel a departure for operational reasons, you may choose a full refund of the amount paid to us or a credit towards any other trip valid for 12 months.

If a trip is cut short due to weather, road closures or other events outside our control, refunds are limited to recoverable, unused services.
