How early should we start planning an offsite?
Six to eight weeks is workable for most domestic offsites. For large groups, peak season dates or a full-property booking, start three to six months ahead.
Can you work with our budget and approval process?
Yes. Share a per-person or total budget and we will propose options that fit, with taxes and inclusions shown clearly so finance can compare them.
Do you handle travel from multiple cities?
Yes. Tell us where your team is based and we will plan flights, trains or coaches so everyone arrives close together.
Can activities be optional for some team members?
Always. We plan an inclusive programme with lower-key alternatives, so nobody has to join an activity they are not comfortable with.
