Backpackers India Group ('we', 'us') operates group departures, custom itineraries, corporate offsites and international journeys from our office at Ambedkar Nagar Monorail Station, Eknath Ghadi Marg, near Haffkein Institute, Parel Village, Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400012.

By sending an enquiry or confirming a booking with us, you accept these terms.

Prices shown on the website are indicative, per person, and depend on the departure date, group size and room sharing. A booking is confirmed only after we issue a written confirmation and the agreed advance is received.

Seats on group departures are allotted on a first-confirmed basis. We may close a departure once it is full.

An advance is required to hold a seat; the balance is due before the departure date stated in your confirmation. Non-payment by the due date may result in cancellation without refund of the advance.

You are responsible for valid identification, visas, permits where applicable, adequate fitness for the itinerary, and disclosing medical conditions before departure.

Trip leaders may restrict participation in any activity on safety grounds. Use of illegal substances, harassment or behaviour endangering the group results in removal from the trip without refund.

Itineraries may change due to weather, road or permit conditions, strikes, natural events or other circumstances outside our control. We will offer the closest reasonable alternative. Costs arising from such changes are borne by the traveller.

We act as an organiser and coordinate third-party services such as transport, stays and activity operators. We are not liable for loss, injury, delay or damage caused by those providers or by events outside our control. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
