Day 1
Delhi → Kasol
Overnight Volvo from Delhi, arrive Kasol in the morning, breakfast and drive to Barshaini.

Day 2
Trek & hot spring
Climb to Kheerganga via Rudranag, camp setup, hot spring soak, bonfire and dinner.

Day 3
Descend & return
Descend to Barshaini, lunch in Kasol, board the overnight bus back to Delhi.

Good to know
How hard is the trek?
Moderate — 12 km with a steady climb. Anyone who walks regularly can do it.
Is the hot spring open to everyone?
Yes, there are separate sections for men and women.
Best months?
April to June and September to November. Snow blocks the trail in deep winter.

Genuinely well organised. The trip leader had a plan for everything and still left us enough free time. Kheerganga Trek & Hot Springs was even better than the photos.

Third trip with Backpackers India and the standard has not dropped. Stays were clean, food was good and the group was fun. Kheerganga Trek & Hot Springs is a must do.

Travelled solo and never felt out of place. Only note is that one drive was longer than expected, but Kheerganga Trek & Hot Springs made up for it completely.
