April to May and September to November generally offer comfortable sightseeing. Winter is cold but workable with suitable clothing. Summer rain and coastal storms can affect outdoor plans, and blossoms or foliage are never guaranteed.
What currency and payments are recommended?
For everyday payments, use Korean won, an international card and some cash for markets and transport-card top-ups. Inform your bank about overseas use and check transaction fees before departure.
Does the price include returning to Seoul?
Yes, return standard-class KTX, listed station transfers and the final Seoul night are included, along with breakfast and specified sightseeing. International flights, visas, optional upgrades and other meals are additional.
