Before you book
Questions travellers ask
Do Indians need a South Korean visa?
Ordinary Indian passport holders generally require a tourist visa before travel. K-ETA does not replace a visa for visa-required travellers. Carry the supporting documents required for your application and allow sufficient processing time.
When should I visit Seoul and Busan?
April to May and September to November generally offer pleasant sightseeing. Winter is cold, especially in Seoul. Summer brings humidity, heavy rain and possible coastal disruption.
What currency and payment methods are useful?
For everyday payments, use Korean won and an international card. Carry cash for markets and smaller transactions. Transport cards can be useful for independent city journeys, with cash sometimes needed for top-ups.
Does the package include a return to Seoul?
It includes the one-way KTX to Busan and a final transfer to Gimhae Airport. Return rail travel, domestic flights and international flights are additional.
